  I called to order a pick up order a girl answered put me on hold for fifteen minutes I finally hung up and drove right down took me two minutes to get there when I walked no girl was no girl there I order there was one couple in the dining room eating, the girl then walked in with blue hair two minutes a bother lady walked in and stared I have been trying to call for forty mins the girl stated oh oops I had some one on hold for five mins too not knowing it's me sitting there listening the the convo after I received my food I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was the shift supervisor I asked to speak to the older gentlemen there showed him my screen shot of my hood time and he stayed she needed a break so put someone on hold so u can take a break!!
