- 2 / 5By Lisa Breeden7 times out of 10, they're fine, but there are definite days when this particular location doesn't seem to have their act together. Today I ordered a medium latte and a bagel w cream cheese on the side. The latte was only about 2/3 full so I came back (which then made me late for work) and they replaced it promptly. Then when I opened the bagel, the plastic knife they gave me was DIRTY! USED! Not by me! Disgusting to say the least. I called them and they apologized and will give me a free order next time, but I will be checking my order from now on and I advise you to do the same.December 26, 2016
